英语作文道歉信得这么写！
想要写好道歉信，得抓住这种信体的脉络。
首先第一个任务就是要知道我们为什么要写道歉信，也就是这种信体在什么情况下会出现。
一般来说，当我们不能完成别人交给我们的某项任务时、由于一些特殊原因无法按时到场时、亦或是把别人送给你的某个物件给弄丢了也有可能是自己没有及时地回复别人的来信时。
常用的结构就是fail to do、not be able to、its not in my power to do、absence等等
总之，原因可以有多种多样，这个就得根据题目给出的具体情境来确立我们为什么要写这封道歉信。
一封好的道歉信的结构。
开头段：直接道歉；说明道歉原因
中间段：客观说明具体情况（也可含糊细节，用抽象词替代），提出弥补措施
结尾段：再次表示歉意大致的结构是这样，但是也有时在一些道歉信里，具体情况并不是太好说明，这时我们要做的就是含糊致错细节。在写的时候就不用单独地去详细描述自己为什么犯错，而是直接说一些粗心和一些错误导致了这个结果的发生，还希望不要介意。
一般情况下我们常见的文体就是说让你去接一个朋友你因事不能去，让你去参加一个朋友的派对你因事不能去，这是属于比较常见的情景。
也有时会考一些不那么贴近我们生活的情景，他会说如果你是个送货员，给别人的订单（order）出错了或者是超时未完成，然后让你给别人写一封道歉信。这时在中间段写具体原因的时候就没有办法写得太详细，这里我们就需要含糊我们的犯错细节，用抽象词（mistakes）概括过去。

中间段是一篇文章的主要填充段，所有的细节都要在这段展示出来，在第一段道完歉之后，第二段我们就得客观地解释导致这种错误的相关细节，补充事实，并且在可能的情况下提出补救措施。
在写完一个原因之后，用it开头的形式主语或者是定语从句补充相关细节，尽量丰富自己的内容。
